EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber waterproofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer). Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas. EPDM is available in a broad variety of widths, ranging from 7.5 feet to fifty feet, and in multiple various thicknesses.

EPDM can be installed in different configurations depending not the nature of the basement, aggressiveness of water-table among other factors.

The seams of the system are sealed with specially formulated butyl tapes, greatly reducing human errors during application.
